Le Moulin de Saint Victor is bordered by the river, surrounded by barns and two farmyards.
It offers access to swamps and woods of Perthes, the heart of the Ermenonville forest.
Indoors, relax by the fireplace, board games, poker, meals around a large table ... It offers the warm of a real family home atmosphere.
Walks and picnics in the countryside
Le Moulin de Saint Victor has access to 2 km from the banks of the Nonette.
This oasis of greenery offers the charm of a protected wetland with ponds, meadows and several species of migratory birds.
A picnic area is accessible after a 10 minute walk, for a lunch in the shade of poplar trees at the edge of the pond.
It is also possible to catch carp and predators.
Please note, as in any wilderness, do not leave young children unattended. Ponds along the Nonette are not secure. Children can play safely in the garden of the Mill that is entirely closed.

With a beautiful view of the Nonette, the garden of the Mill is fully closed to ensure the safety of young children.
A summer kitchen is available in ground garden to enjoy barbecues and outdoor dining in summer.
The garden is reserved for the tenants of the Logis du Meunier.

The hiking trail 11 (GR11) is a 618 km loop through the Oise and the Ile de France.
Le Moulin de Saint Victor is located directly on the trail, walkers will be able to make pleasant strolls to the church of Baron or the Abbey of Chaalis.
